in special Spa Day
It's almost time! Sun International will be welcoming horse-racing enthusiasts and socialites to Africa's Richest Race Day, the Sun Met, on 1 February 2020 at Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town. In preparation, three popular horses in the running for the R3 million prize enjoyed a Spa Day at Sonwabo beach in Muizenberg.
Joining the horses' Spa Day were South African Horse of the Year, and early Sun Met 2020 favourite, Do It Again, The Sun Met 2019 winner Rainbow Bridge and Johannesburg's number one contender Hawwaam.
Miss World South Africa Sasha-Lee Laurel, dressed by Masa Mara, joined the majestic creatures and model Chuma Matsaluka for a photoshoot. After watching the horses frolic on the beach, guests and media enjoyed a continental breakfast with an African twist to capture the Sun Met 2020 theme, African Luxury: Visionaries. House of BNG, the Official Celebration Partner of the Sun Met 2020, supplied a selection of its exquisite bubbly.
